Solar Flow-Through FIT2 Rooftop Portfolio: Aggregate of 6.379 MW DC completed
Starting in 2013, Solar Flow-Through and its partners worked closely with its developers to build and install 23 FIT2 Projects. In Q4 2015, all FIT 2 projects were completed and connected to Ontario’s electrical grid. All FIT 2 Projects are now operational and generating revenue from the production of electricity. Management of Solar Flow-Through is managing all projects to maximize return for its unit holders.

Solar Flow-Through FIT3.1 Rooftop Portfolio: Aggregate of 9.2 MW DC completed
In Q2 2014, Solar Flow-Through and its partners were awarded an aggregate of roughly 9.9 MW DC of Small FIT 3.1 ground-mount contracts. Through H2 2016 and H1 2017, a large majority of pre-construction development work had been initiated on these projects. Through H2 2017 and H1 2018, all F3.1 ground mount projects will be constructed and connected to Ontario’s electrical grid.

Solar Flow-Through FIT4 Portfolio: 35 MW DC Awarded & Under Development
In Q3 2016, Solar Flow-Though and its partners were awarded approximately 35 MW DC of FIT 4 Contracts. A large majority of the FIT 4 projects are ground mount projects, with a small number of these projects being rooftop. Initial development of the FIT 4 projects began during Q4 2016. Continued permitting and initial engineering on FIT 4 projects occurred in H1 2017.

Based on initial development work, a number of ground mount projects may not proceed due to higher than expected costs associated with connecting these projects to the electrical grid, making them uneconomical. Management is currently investigating alternatives to reduce these connection costs. At this time, Management is uncertain as to the amount of FIT 4 projects that will achieve commercial operation. Management expects that most of the economic ground mount FIT 4 projects that are expected to become operational will be completed by the end of 2018 and the remainder by end of 2019.

Solar Flow-Through FIT5 Portfolio: ~100 MW DC Awarded & Under Development
In Q3 2017, Solar Flow-Though and its partners were awarded approximately approximately 100 MW DC of FIT 5 Contracts. A large majority of the FIT 5 projects are ground mount projects, with a small number of these projects being rooftop. Initial development of the FIT 5 projects will begin in Q4 2017. Management expects that a significant portion of the groundmount FIT 5 projects will be completed by the end of 2019, and the remainder by end of 2020.
